BIOGRAPHY

Kimberly is a Singaporean Musical Theatre performer, choreographer and educator based in London following her recent graduation from Royal Academy of Music. She had the joy of headlining in Sing'Theatre's production of Cabaret as Sally Bowles before her move to London.

​Theatrical credits include Cabaret (Sing’Theatre); Trouble Came (Brango Productions); Sherlock Sam: The Musical (Dream Academy); Urinetown: The Musical (Pangdemonium); Coraline (The Players Theatre); Three Billy Goats Gruff (Singapore Repertory Theatre); Hotpants (The Producing Company); Monkey Goes West (Wild Rice).

Kimberly has been a dance and drama educator for over 15 years. Her dance background in Spanish Dance, Flamenco and Tap coupled with her keen interest in physical theatre have formed the basis of her teaching methodology. She has taught in institutes such as Trinity Laban, London Studio Centre, Guildford School of Acting as well as her alma mater, Royal Academy of Music. In Singapore, she was a part-time lecturer at LASALLE College of the Arts, Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts, and Sing'Theatre Academy. She had  Her creative credits include: Sherlock Sam - The Musical (Dream Academy); Forever Young (Sing’Theatre); Out-of-Bounds (Fill The Vamp); Fairfield the Musical (The Producing Company); Saint Magdalene: The Musical (Just Whack!).

As an Artist-in-Residence of Gateway Theatre (2018-2019), Kimberly studied Classical Voice under the mentorship of
Jonathan Charles Tay. That year, she also embarked on a solo project, writing and performing in a musical revue titled, In Her Shoes, directed by Samantha Scott-Blackhall.

Amidst a Covid-ridden 2020, Kimberly founded, Fill the Vamp, a local Musical Theatre collective, focused on the
exploration of genre and its power of storytelling through the expression of text and music. She has conceptualised and
directed the collective's various IGTV series. In 2021, she was the creative director of House Is Open, a free online
hidden-object game based on local musicals. Kimberly made her theatrical directorial debut in 2022 with Fill the Vamp’s maiden production of the musical revue, Out-of-Bounds.
